114 gta upgrade and refurb

Always wanted a metro gti, having once owned an mg. I stumbled across a one owner from new, low millage, little old lady car, back in 2017 and immediatly started collecting parts.

Updates so far, include a set of refurbished mpi gti alloys, metro gti front n rear seats. And upgraded the radio. This weekend fitted mgf cooling system. Now just refining plumbing, its a bit close to the manifold.

ok guys, this is whats happened since pride last year. fitted mgtf radiator with zr pipes and fan. mgf front calipers and vented discs. front arb with poly bushes. 2 sills, 2 rear arches. floor pan sections with castles, new rear sub frame bushes, new cylinders, drums, adjusters, handbrake cable, nsf track rod end, osf bottom arm. then took for mot, rear anti roll bar, polly bused. mg tf steering wheel with air bag. gti seats and seat belts, mg metro red carpet and seat belts. she pased.... just, needs more welding above rear sub frame, and susspension sphers are hardly a pass. with both front tyres needed.

what tyres are you running on your mpi gti`s folks?

work to do, have an electric window kit to fit, central locking inop. have a trophy vvc to fit. cant find anyone to make the short loom. have the gearbox and mgf loom, mems 3, fobs and sac box. need to get spheres upgraded. have an electric mirror kit.
