Hello all, I am putting my metro back together after a spell off the road. I have a 1.8 non vvc with Mems 1.9 and 5as? The car was converted a fair few years ago using a custom loom and I think Jon boy did the install. I have popped on a new battery, I have put a new battery on the remote plip thing...

thanks for the reply. my metro had spotlights which were triggered via the main beam light on the dash - this powered a switch below the rear screen heater- the this went to a relay located near the battery. i have disconnected this. am worried may have messed up the dash clocks... I plan to look at...

Hello all, My metro has come back from the body shop after having some welding done... the car is in a bit of a mess.. The chap has cut the wiring loom where the loom passes from the sill trim into the side of the car and over the wheel arch to reach the back. I am OK soldering it all back together ...

Hello Guys Its been cold - so I have left the MG I bought a code reader from the internet and plugged that into the OBDC and I can read the ECU number etc. but there are no fault codes. Hello all I took to-day off and had a good probe around under the bonnet of the MGZR - I have the VVC plugs in the correct place as the engine will rev to 7500 rpm - but looking at these plugs - noticed that below the throttle body - there is the inlet tract & injector no4 which has a sensor screwed...
