Is it HTTrack by any chance? I ran that to get an archive of the old forum a while back and got a 6GB archive that's safely stored away in case we need it. Worked out quite well as I took it before Photobucket killed all the embed links so there's a nice collection of images saved.

Unfortunately I kinda broke the program as there were so many pages and photos it went over the hard-coded limit of 100,000 links  Took about 5 days to run as well!

Yes the Advanced Google Search is the best way to go for now as the old web host is blanking us completely now. Incredibly frustrating. In terms of the data at the very least it's owned by Martin (owner of MP) but if the company don't respond we're a bit stuck for options (hence the archive copy)

I may try another run excluding hosted images this time around to get the missing pages so that way I'll have a copy of all the posts one way or another.
