:D Wouldn't go that far but trying not to shear stuff off, ( emphasis on trying ) doubt it will go back together as easily.

wow. thorough disassembly :) but it looks like rust in all the usual places.
hurry up and get that welded so you can get out and drive it again soon :)

your images didn't work. you should have written [ img ] http://....jpg [ /img ] without the spaces of course.

Got a bit more done on the tro this week found all the small rust spots in and around the engine bay. Got them all ground back and rust killed them ready for a coat of primer.

are you going to be painting the front end your self?
I have fixed many rust spots throughout the years but always found it difficult to paint it afterwards in a way that doesn't just give me rust again in 6-12 months.

Yeah going to be doing everything myself. Well bar the welding, I've got a man to sort that for me. No idea if it will come through again. I will just put 3 or 4 coats of primer on before roughly the same amount of top coat then mucho clear coat so it will be very thick paint, only time will tell if I've done a good enough job I suppose.
